The 9/12 Project

On Saturday, September 12th, it was estimated that anywhere from 1.5 million to 3 million people descended on our nation’s capital to protest higher taxes and bigger government.  This movement continues to get stronger daily as more and more people are awakening to the reality of our hard earned money going to a growing government which does not seem to have the will to curb spending.

As someone who attended this event, there was one sign that really stood out in my mind among many creative ones.  It was, “we are not your ATM!”  Obviously, this was a reference to an out of control government and the spending going on throughout our nation.

The federal government is not the only one that is out of control.  Pennsylvania was without a budget for almost 80 days and, at this posting, appears on the verge of finally getting this settled.  Many other states were running late this year as well.

Locally, many municipalities have not brought property taxes down to reflect the drop in value due to the sub-prime issue.  What this means is, if your property was worth $200,000 and it dropped to $175,000, you should see a reduction in your property taxes.  Don’t hold your breath waiting for your assessor to issue you an abatement (refund).  You must be pro active and take charge of this yourself and you can now do this with the Home Tax Guide (www.hometaxguide.com).  For a very small investment of only $48.00, you could put yourself and your family on the path to save hundreds and, in some cases thousands of dollars over the next several years by addressing this challenge which is costing property owners throughout the country much more than it should.

Don’t be a spectator thinking there is nothing you can do.  The Home Tax Guide can be one more tool in your tax saving arsenal!

One additional tip: Think seriously about starting your own home based business.  There are many opportunities out there and coaches that can help get you quickly off the ground!

The 9/12 Project

Many taxpayers will be peacefully protesting against big government on Saturday, September 12th in Washington, DC.  There are supposed to be tens of thousands of people attending this and it will be a very interesting day for all of those attending.

Part of being involved with a strong Republic is participating in the process and letting our views becoming known.  As one example of government “estimates” being way off is the Medicare program.  In 1965, the government estimated that, by 1990, the costs for Medicare would be $9 Billion dollars.  In reality, it was $67 Billion dollars!  This has occurred time and time again with government “estimates” being way off what they have projected.

Do not let the sub-prime issue that has eroded your home values by 15-25% depending on where you live.  You should legally be able to get these reduced, if, you learn how to speak the tax assessor’s language.  If you are waiting for them to roll your taxes back without your pro active efforts to encourage this, you will be waiting a long time!  It will not happen and you will have a higher property tax bill than you should and be paying more than your fair share.

Get involved in government at various levels and learn about how you can protect yourself from excessive taxation!

The Tea Party movement continues to gain momentum in our nation.  On September 12th, in Washington, DC, tens of thousands of people will be descending on our nation’s capital with peaceful protests against an ever expanding government.

The Tea Party Express is currently making its way across our nation and will end up in Washington in time for 9/12 as well.

The goal of the 9/12 project is to remind people of how united this country was right away on 9/11/01 with the terrorist attacks that killed 3000 Americans.

Locally, you can counter high property taxes in high tax states by going through and using the Home Tax Guide (www.hometaxguide.com).  These local taxes are just as much of a burden and sometimes more than some of your federal taxes.  Pay attention to all forms of taxation, educate yourself and pay only your fair share.  Do not pay more out of ignorance!  The tools of education are here and they are excellent resources that can save you hundreds and maybe thousands of dollars for a reasonably small use of your time.

The Tea Party Express

There is a movement that is gaining more and more momentum in our country and it is tied in with the Tea Parties.  If you go to www.teapartyexpress.org you can see the cities this will be going through.

People are standing up regarding our out of control government and all the spending and taxation.

Included in this are high property taxes that need to be reigned in as well.  All of us, except for government, it seems, has to have a budget to live by.  Since neither we nor the states can print money, a budget is something we all have to at least try to abide by.

Check out the Tea Party Express locations and get involved.  We need to work together on this to remind the politicians that they work for us!  This is something many of them have seemed to have forgotten or never learned in the first place!

Your Property Taxes

This article is one that will let you know how much people are focusing more and more on how high their taxes are in a variety of areas.  When you add up federal, state, local, sales and property taxes, many people are paying over 50% and, in some cases, 60%.

Remember, it is the private sector that creates value, not the government.  We do need government for a variety of things such as national, state and local security with our armed forces, National Guard, police departments, etc.

With the high tax states continually looking for ways to take in more money, informed tax payers need to use all kinds of specialized knowledge and information to legally reduce their tax obligations.   One of the best ways is to learn the language of the assessors and work with them to reduce this.

Once a government program comes through, it never goes away.  This is why it is so important to be pro active in the tax process so you can legally stay ahead of the bureaucrats who want to take more of your hard earned money.

The Home Tax Guide will show you how to take more control over your high property taxes.  If you live in a high tax state that has seen property values fall, this program is definitely for you.

Retired People and Property Taxes

I just read an article written by Dave Carpenter of the Associated Press dating back to July 5th of this year.  In this column, Dave discusses how retirees are searching for states where taxes are the lowest due to living on a fixed income.

Regarding property taxes, Carpenter says, “The search for low rates is compounded by the fact they vary greatly by not only state but municipality, so it’s necessary to check rates by locality.”

He suggests calling the tax assessors in areas that you are thinking of moving to as you narrow your search.  Additionally, “some states and towns discount property taxes for seniors, largely to retain those who already live there.”

If you find yourself in an area whose taxes are way out of line with the drop in property values, it would absolutely pay you to see if the Home Tax Guide (www.hometaxguide.com) makes sense for you.  It is an absolute bargain at $47.00, contains a thorough 100 page PDF, seven easy to understand audios and designed by a true master in this field.  Our expert has successfully been involved with over 3000 property tax abatements and has had a success rate of over 95%!!!

As you review the Home Tax Guide, you will see why he has done so well and you, too, will learn to speak the assessor’s language.  It may be the best investment you can make in 2009!

Health Care and your taxes

At this point, it is unclear which direction the debate on national health care is going.  One thing is certain; if it passes, most pundits say taxes will be going up to cover it.  There is an area that you can gain more control over your property taxes with the assistance of the Home Tax Guide.  If you are in a high property tax state such as California, New York, New Jersey and many others, this can absolutely assist your efforts to control a very important local expenditure, your property taxes.

By learning the proper language of the assessors, you greatly enhance your odds of a property tax abatement (reduction).   The site is www.hometaxguide.com and, just by viewing it, you will know right away that the very small investment is well worth going with this excellent, in depth program.

New Hampshire and Tax Abatements

According to the Union Leader newspaper in New Hampshire, tax assessors are preparing for an influx of requests for tax abatements (a tax refund) in their state.  Many of the assessors are hearing more and more people discussing this and, with the sub-prime issue bringing down their property values, people are rightfully expecting a decline or some relief in their property taxes.  This is a growing trend throughout the US, especially in high tax states such as Florida and California with New York, New Jersey, Illinois and others not far behind.

With a shrinking tax base due to the economic downturn, fewer people (some politicians might call them the rich!) are carrying more and more of the burden.  There is a very reasonable solution that contains incredibly high value for property tax relief.  It is the Home Tax Guide (www.hometaxguide.com) that was put together by a man who has over twenty years experience successfully getting tax abatements (lower property taxes) for several thousand of his clients.  It is something every tax payer who is serious about property tax relief should check out as it is the real deal!

The Tea Parties

This posting of the Home Tax Guide may be somewhat of a repetition of a trend that is getting stronger by the day and that is the Tea Parties springing up all across the country.  With Congress currently on vacation (perhaps for all of the tax payers they should always be out on vacation!), these members in both the House and Senate will definitely be hearing from their constituents over this break.  In the news, discussions on health care, the stimulus package and taxes will be at the forefront with the people letting many of them know exactly what they think of our government and the spending that is out of control!

A way to take back some control is to check out and invest in the Home Tax Guide (www.hometaxguide.com) which allows you to speak the language of the property tax assessor and, in turn, lets you potentially save a great deal on your property taxes in this sub-prime market.  Many of the properties throughout our nation are over-taxed given the fall in property values.  Is your property one of them?   The odds are good that you are paying too much and the Home Tax Guide will show you how to reverse this for a very small investment of time and money.

New York State

This posting is based on a discussion I had with a friend of mine from western New York recently.  He told me how the sub-prime issue has really hit parts of New York State and how it has been a matter of discussion on his area radio station, WBEN out of the Buffalo region.

It is important to be able to understand and speak the assessor’s language which the Home Tax Guide (www.hometaxguide.com) explains in great detail.  One of the things a local assessor does not want to deal with is the possibility of you appealing your high assessment to a another authority.  If you have done your homework, proven you may have a case for lower property taxes and not bought into the assessor trying to dismiss your case, you may be in a stronger position than you realize.

Check out the very affordable Home Tax Guide for some powerful information that will put the odds back in your favor against your local tax assessor.
